Public Issue of upto 7,16,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each ("equity shares") of Misquita Engineering Limited (the "company" or the "issuer") for cash at a price of Rs.27 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.17 per equity share (the "issue price") aggregating to Rs.1.93 Crores ("the issue") comprising of a fresh issue of 4,44,000 equity shares aggregating to Rs. Rs.1.20 Crores (the "fresh issue") and an offer for sale of upto 2,72,000 equity shares by the promoter selling shareholder ("offer for sale") aggregating to Rs. 0.73 Crores of which 36,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each for cash at a price of Rs.27 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.17 per equity share aggregating to Rs.0.10 Crores will be reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "market maker reservation portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e. Net issue of 6,80,000 equity shares of face value of Rs.10 each at a price of Rs.27 per equity share including a share premium of Rs.17 per equity share aggregating to Rs.1.83 Crores (the "net issue"). The issue and the net issue will constitute 26.58% and 25.24% respectively of the post issue paid up equity share Capital of the company.
The face value of the equity share is Rs.10 and the issue price of Rs.27 is 2.7 times of the face value.
The Appilication must be for a minimum of 4000 equity shares and in multiples of 4000 equity shares thereafter.
