Initial public issue of up to 16,33,600 equity shares of face value of
Rs. 10/- each ("Equity Shares") of Jay Kailash Namkeen Limited ("Company") for cash at a price of Rs. 73 per equity share (including a share premium of Rs. 63 per equity share) ("Issue Price") aggregating to Rs. 11.93 crores of which up to 83,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each for cash at a price of Rs. 73 per equity share including a share premium of 63 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 0.61 crores is reserved for subscription by market maker to the issue (the "Market Maker Reservation Portion"). The issue less the market maker reservation portion i.e., net issue of 15,50,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 73 per equity share aggregating to Rs. 11.32 crores is herein after referred to as the "Net Issue".
