Initial public offer of 46,06,400 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (the "Equity Shares") of Pune E-Stock Broking Limited ("The Company" or "PESB" or "The Issuer") at an issue price of Rs. 83 per equity share for cash, aggregating up to Rs. 38.23 crores ("Public Issue") out of which 6,91,200 equity shares of face value of Rs. 10 each, at an issue price of
